Who can subscribe to the Standard Plan?
Each subscription includes access to pricing data for the specific products you select. You’ll get weekly spot price updates, historical data since 2015, forward forecasts, Real-time qualitative market insights, an online dashboard with charts, and data export capabilities in Excel/CSV formats.

Zero-tolerance policy: Misrepresenting your professional role, company affiliation, or intended use of data is a serious violation of our subscription agreement.
If we discover that you have provided false information or are using the subscription outside the permitted professional categories, your account will be terminated immediately with no refund without prior notice.
All subscribers are subject to verification. Therefore, always provide your official credentials as required.
Do you offer industry-specific or category-specific packages?
Yes, we offer 15 pre-curated category access packages designed for specific industries and product groups in our Enterprise Plan. These packages include: Ferrous Metals, Non-Ferrous Metals, Pulp, Paper & Boards, Polymers & Films, Elastomers, Industrial Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Fertilizers, and 7 additional categories.
Category packages provide bundled access to all products within a specific sector, often at a discounted rate compared to individual product selection. What's the difference between Standard and Enterprise Plans?
Standard Plan is designed for individual users and small teams with essential pricing data, forecasts, and dashboard access. Enterprise Plan adds API access, custom data feeds, multi-user licenses, dedicated account management, and volume discounts. Contact sales for Enterprise pricing.
How do I choose the right geographic access?
Access is provided on a Regional basis. You can select pricing data for one or multiple countries/regions per product, depending on where you operate. Choose only the markets relevant to your business or select all available countries if you need full global coverage.
Can I customize which countries are included?
Yes. Regional access is flexible, you can choose 1, 2, 3, or more specific countries based on your needs. If you need a broader multi-country package or specialized geographic coverage, contact sales for a tailored solution.
Is there a Global access plan?
There is no separate Global plan. To access worldwide pricing for a product, you simply select all available countries/regions under regional access.
What if the product I need isn't listed?
We’re continuously expanding our coverage. If you don’t see a product you need, contact us with your request. We track demand for new products and prioritize based on customer interest.
Can I mix Regional and Global access for different products?
Yes, absolutely. You can select Regional access for some products and Global access for others based on your business needs. Each product is priced independently, so you have complete flexibility.
How do I select my products?
Use the search bar to find your products, or scroll through the product list. Click the checkbox next to each product you need, then select your preferred geographic coverage (Regional or Global) from the dropdown menu.
What does "See Complete Coverage" mean?
Click this link to view all countries and regions where we collect pricing data for that specific product. This helps you decide between Regional and Global access.
Do I need to pay now to submit a subscription request?
Yes. You can complete your payment here for immediate access or customize your requirements and connect with our sales team to finalize your plan before making payment, offering you complete flexibility at every step.
Can I use my personal email to subscribe?
No, subscriptions must be registered with a work or official business email address associated with your company or organization. Personal email addresses are likely to be deemed invalid.
When will I get access after paying?
Subscriptions are activated within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation.

Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?
No. The prices shown are complete, there are no setup fees, data access fees, or hidden charges. You pay only for the products and coverage you select.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, wire transfers, and purchase orders for annual subscriptions. Enterprise plan subscribers may qualify for invoicing with payment terms.
Can I upgrade from Regional to Global mid-year?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time in case of enterprise package. You’ll only pay the prorated difference for the remaining months of your subscription period. Contact support to process the upgrade, and access will be granted immediately.
What happens if I need additional products after subscribing?
You can add new products anytime. Additional products are prorated for the remainder of your current term, then renew at the full annual rate alongside your existing products, only incase of enterprise package.
Can I downgrade from Global to Regional?
Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date. We cannot provide refunds for the current subscription period, but you can adjust your coverage level when you renew.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact our support team anytime to cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. Fees for the current subscription term are non-refundable.
When does my subscription renew?
Your subscription automatically renews annually on your purchase anniversary date. We’ll send reminder emails 30 days and 7 days before renewal. You can cancel or modify before the renewal date.
Is historical data included in all plans?
Yes, every Standard Plan subscription includes complete historical price data back to 2015 for your selected products at no additional cost. Access and export historical data anytime through your dashboard.
What time period do the forecasts cover?
We provide both short-term (3-month) and long-term (12-month) forward price forecasts. Forecast availability varies by product based on market liquidity and data availability and applicability.
How often is data updated?
Spot prices are updated weekly. Real-time qualitative insights and market commentary are provided as market conditions change. Forward forecasts and monthly insights are updated monthly.
What does "granular price data by individual grades" mean?
Many products have different grades or specifications (e.g., industrial grade vs. pharmaceutical grade). We provide separate pricing for each grade rather than just average prices, giving you more precise data for your specific needs.
Can multiple team members share one subscription?
No. Each subscription is licensed for individual use only. Sharing login credentials violates our Terms of Service and may result in immediate service termination. For team access, please inquire about our Enterprise Plan with multi-user licenses.
Can I access the platform from multiple devices?
Yes, you can log in from different devices (computer, tablet, phone), but only one active session is allowed at a time per subscription. Concurrent logins from multiple locations may trigger security alerts.
What are the data usage restrictions?
You cannot redistribute, resell, or share the data externally. You cannot use the data to train AI or machine learning models. Data is for your internal business use only. Violations will result in service termination. See our Terms and Conditions for detailed usage.
Can I use the data in client reports or presentations?
