Refund Policy

1. No Refund Post Activation
Once your subscription has been activated, and you have received your user credentials, no refund will be issued. This policy applies to all payments made after access has been granted and the user credentials have been provided.
2. Upgrading Subscription
Should you choose to upgrade your subscription plan, additional charges will be applicable. These charges will reflect the price difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan. The upgrade process does not entitle you to any refund for the previous plan.
3. Cancellation Post Activation
If you wish to deactivate or cancel your subscription after activation, you must provide detailed written communication requesting the deactivation or cancellation. ππ«π’ππ πππππ‘β’Β reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any refund will be issued. Refunds, if granted, will be assessed based on the circumstances, and no refund will be provided unless otherwise specified.
4. Violation of Data Policy or Terms and Conditions
In the event of any breach of our Data Policy or Terms and Conditions by the subscriber, ππ«π’ππ πππππ‘β’Β reserves the right to immediately cancel the subscription. A written explanation will be provided to the subscriber. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
5. Full Refund Eligibility
A full refund may be issued if the client has made the payment, either in full or in part, but prior to receiving the activation credentials, and the client decides not to pursue the activation. A formal written request must be submitted. Please note, however, that any transaction fees incurred during the payment process (such as processing or bank fees) are non-refundable.
6. Activation and User Credentials
A subscription is considered activated once the user credentials have been issued. At that point, the terms of this refund policy shall be enforced, and no refunds will be granted unless explicitly stated otherwise.
